Oversees the FTRI Program with inventory/distribution of specialized telephone equipment. Performs daily data entry into CIL consumer database. Provides quality assurance of consumer records.

Works with media, businesses, state and local government agencies, public officials and individuals on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Chapter 11 of the Florida Statutes as they relate to issues such as accessible parking,  transportation, emergency preparedness, education, housing, and employment.

Enhance the existing CILNWF independent living programs through research and identification of new funding, including cash and value of cash resources through community partnerships.  Responsible for increasing awareness of CILNWF through local collaborations and outreach and developing CILNWF sponsored or co-sponsored events related to the primary focus of Capacity Building.
